Backorders: Although we make every effort to keep an adequate stock of products listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation. We will not charge your account until your order has been shipped.
Shipping: Delivery times do vary but most products as noted ship within 1-2 days. Some of our products are hand made and/or painted at the time your order is placed. Please allow the time noted in the product details for the completion estimate and also allow time for shipping. If you find yourself in a “time-crunch” please contact us and we will be happy to work with you on getting the order expedited. We will notify you by email when your order has been shipped.
International Shipping: Internationally via USPS Global Express, please contact us for cost before placing your order.
Returns and Exchanges: We certainly hope you will be happy with your purchases but if for some reason you’re not, we will gladly return or exchange your merchandise. Please contact us at shop@HanselNGretel.com or you can reach us by phone at 770-614-6860 within 2 weeks of purchase for a store credit or exchange. You will be given a Return Authorization # to include with your return. Merchandise sent back without a RA # may take longer to process.
Returns will be given on new, unused merchandise in the original packaging. • Please include the original receipt that was sent to you. • Please note all returns will receive in store credit only. • Purchasing insurance is optional, but we are not responsible for returned items that are lost in the mail. • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. • All personalized and sale items are final ~ no returns are accepted. Sales Tax: A sales tax of 6% will be applied to all orders shipped within the state of Georgia.

Policy: Hansel & Gretel is not responsible for any items once they have left our store. Please check all items thoroughly before placing them on your child. We are not responsible for any manufacturing defect such as loose buttons or snaps that could be a harmful choking hazard to your child. If for any reason you notice any loose defect please let us know as soon as you remove the item from the package. We are not responsible once the item has been worn.
